Neocons and #NeverTrumpers are insistent that Donald Trump has nothing to do with recent moves towards a negotiated peace between the two Koreas, this despite South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha both unambiguously giving credit to the U.S. President. The trouble with neocons and #NeverTrump "tru-cons" is they believe everything should be win-lose. It’s all that makes sense to them. Trump deals in win-wins. Any solution devised by Trump is going to look like losing to a neocon. Yes, Kim is gaining lots of respectability out of recent events. It’s an asset to him, for sure. The thing about assets is they can be lost. Kim now has more to lose than he did before. Now he has respectability to maintain. Which means he’s stuck being respectable from here out.

Jon Tester, Democratic Senator from Montana, says it would have been a "dereliction of duty" for him not to investigate the accusation against Dr. Ronny Jackson. I agree with him and that’s why I also agree with President Trump that Tester should resign. ☤☤☤ What Tester did does not comport with what he himself claims his duty to be. Rather than investigate the claims in a serious fashion, he threw the untested accusations to the court of public opinion leaving Jackson and anyone supportive of him scrambling to respond. ☤ ☤ ☤ Jackson is a Navy Admiral and doctor who served three presidents as White House physician. He was Trump's pick to head the Veterans Affairs Administration.
